PHOTOS: See the Latest Construction Updates from Disneyland Paris

During today’s IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions) Expo, Josh D’Amaro — the current Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products — gave a whole BUNCH of updates about attractions, lands, restaurants, and hotels coming to Disney parks around the world.

In terms of Disneyland Paris, we got some updates about the new Avengers Campus coming to Disney Studios Park, a peek at the Marvel hotel, and more!

Disney’s Hotel New York — The Art of Marvel

First, we got some images and details about Disney’s Hotel New York — The Art of Marvel which will be coming to Disneyland Paris. The hotel is set to have a contemporary art deco style and feature LOADS of Marvel art.

Avengers Campus

Josh D’Amaro described Avengers Campus as a “major project” that is coming to both Disneyland Resort in California as well as Disneyland Paris. In Disneyland Paris, specifically, the new land will be at Walt Disney Studios Park. Here’s a peek at the concept art for the land…

…and a peek at what it looks like now! Looks like quite a lot of construction is underway already.

Cars Route 66 Road Trip

We also got an update today about Cars Route 66 Road Trip, a new Cars experience coming to Disneyland Paris where you’ll be able to go along on a Route 66 Road Trip, admire some fun scenery, and maybe even meet a few Cars friends along the way.

To the right you can see some of the concept art, but to the left you’ll see the progress that’s already been made on construction. The Tram Tour at Walt Disney Studios park is being re-themed into this new Cars experience, and we can’t wait to see how this project turns out!

Those are all of the updates we got on Disneyland Paris during today’s conference. Currently, Disneyland Paris is closed for the second time this year due to the pandemic, but the resort is taking reservations for late December through early January, so we’ll definitely be watching out for any news of its future reopening.
