Review! Is the Sweet Potato Pie Bubble Waffle at Disney Springs a Holiday Must-Have?

Disney Springs has some AMAZING options for dessert, from holiday treats to galactic creations.

A great spot for sweet treats in Disney Springs is AristoCrepes, specializing in crepes and bubble-waffle creations. We had to get our hands on one of their new items! More dessert? Yes, please.

We headed over to the Marketplace at Disney Springs to try out their new seasonally-flavored item, the Sweet Potato Pie Bubble Waffle!

This new item features vanilla ice cream, toasted marshmallow, candied pecans, caramel sauce, and cinnamon! All of these sweet toppings come on top of a sweet potato bubble waffle!

We noticed that it was missing that actual sweet potato taste that you would associate with sweet potato pie, however this dish had a lot to offer! We really enjoyed the marshmallow topping which had a nice toasty flavor! (S’mores anyone?)

Although it looked a little bit messy, it was still super yummy! We really thought the caramel and cinnamon added an extra bit of sweetness to the not overly sweet waffle.

If you’re a big fan of the candied nuts that you can find in the parks, this may be for you! The candied pecans that top this treat tasted just like them!

We thought this was really delicious but also SUPER decadent and filling! If you’re visiting Disney Springs with another ice-cream lover, this could be a good snack to share. This item is part of the holiday offerings at Disney Springs this year and will be around until December 1st!
