Just because we can’t set sail on the Disney Cruise Line doesn’t mean we can’t play the part at home! 

Or rather, watch professionals play the part on screen, while we virtually transport ourselves to Disney’s veritable Broadway-at-sea! Just in time for holiday entertainment, you can enjoy a virtual viewing of ‘“Frozen, A Musical Spectacular!” 

With all the closures and restrictions enforced due to the pandemic, Disney parks, resorts, shops, and restaurants have felt a LOT different this year. Nowhere is this more evident than Disney Cruise Line, which is still out of commission! 

But don’t fret! Because if there’s one thing Disney knows how to do, it’s provide magic! 

One way they’ve done this is through virtual experiences, like a viewing of “Tangled: The Musical” earlier this year, from a previously recorded show on the Disney Magic! 

Naturally, it was such a SMASH hit that Disney Cruise Line is at it again, this time embracing the chillier season with a viewing of “Frozen, A Musical Spectacular”! 

Similar to the “Tangled” production, this was a previously recorded show from the Broadway-style Walt Disney Theatre aboard the Disney Wonder, featuring the original cast from the musical’s debut! 

Not only are you able to enjoy the theatrical stylings of Arendelle from the cozy comforts of your couch, but Disney is letting you crank things up a notch by providing the recipe for Frozen Popcorn Snowballs! Clearly, these are PRIME snacking for any Frozen-themed viewing. 

And then after the show, you can partake in your own DIY shadow puppet show, using easy-to-follow templates and downloadable and printable characters from Frozen, like Olaf, Anna, and Elsa!

While we certainly miss sailing on the Disney Cruise Line, we’re absolutely LOVING bringing these theatrical experiences into our homes!
