We’ve had Pumpkin Spice Waffles, a Pumpkin Pie Tart, a Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake, Pumpkin Mousse, and MORE pumpkin treats all around Disney World. Basically, if it tastes or looks like fall, odds are we’re going to try it!

And today, we’re back at it again! We stopped by one of the Disney World Resort hotels and found boozy pumpkin treat and just had to see how it would stack up against all the other pumpkin things we’ve had.
Over at The Artist’s Palette in Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort we found the NEW Bourbon Pumpkin Cheesecake with a graham cracker-like crust, bourbon sour cream topping, and spiced pecans!

The pumpkin cheesecake itself was very sweet and creamy, and had a good pumpkin flavor. We really enjoyed the graham cracker-like crust but wished there was more of it! A thicker layer of the crust would have really helped balance the creaminess of this dish with a bit more crunch.

Overall, the treat was very tasty! People who are ALL about that pumpkin spice life will find this treat totally scrumptious. Younger kids and those who prefer a larger crust to filling ratio, however, may not fall in love with this one.
