REVIEW: We Got the SCOOP On a Spicy New Ice Cream Sandwich at Disney World!

Halloween might be over, but if you think that means the end of pumpkin season, then you’re in for a TREAT!

Just when you thought we were pumpkin spiced out, we found an exciting NEW ice cream treat that JUST debuted at Disney World TODAY — and it’s sure to keep you screaming for more!

We’ve eaten a LOT of pumpkin snacks and desserts this year — and we NEVER get tired of them! From waffle sundaes and Pumpkin Cheesecake Cannolis to cupcakes, our love for all things pumpkin knows NO BOUNDS!

Pumpkin-spiced Mickey Waffle Sundae

Imagine our enthusiasm, then, when we found a new PUMPKIN ice cream sandwich at Animal Kingdom, full of pumpkin spice flavor! Between the sheer size of this comfort food behemoth and the autumnal colors, it’s keeping our spice cravings fueled!

Now, let me just say that we’ve been WISHIN’ and HOPIN’ that the seasonal ice cream sammies would come back to Animal Kingdom, and when we didn’t see the Strawberry Shortcake this summer, we were worried we’d be out of luck the rest of the year as well. But huzzah! We’re back, baby!

The ice cream sandwich is on the menu at Dino-Bite Snacks, and you might need to be an actual dinosaur to fit this snack in your mouth!

Dino-Bite Snacks

Made with vanilla ice cream and pumpkin cookies, this thing is seriously delicious! There’s such a large scoop of ice cream, though, that it can overwhelm the pumpkin flavor in the cookies. This had us craving a more harmonious ice cream flavor…perhaps cinnamon? But if you’re an ice cream-lover AT ALL, then you’ll be OBSESSED with this dessert regardless!

The cookies themselves are soft and doughy — so you might want to grab a bowl and spoon in case the whole thing falls apart! And a fun addition is a smattering of “Fall Sprinkles” around the sides of the ice cream!

With bright colors like red, orange, and yellow, these sprinkles are the closest thing to foliage we’re probably gonna get here in Florida, and we’ll gladly take it!
