Whether you’re headed to Disney Springs for a new Starbucks Halloween drink or for some awesome merchandise, you’ll need to find a place to park first.
If the Lime and Orange Garages are feeling a little too hectic for you though, you may want to check if this other spot is open.
Since Disney Springs’ reopening a few months ago, parking has only been available in the Lime and Orange Parking Garages, primarily to help reduce capacity. Parking at the surface lots was previously unavailable. But, as we visited Disney Springs today, we noticed that some of the surface parking is open!
We were able to park at the Watermelon parking lot near the Cirque du Soleil building, which you can see in the map below.
While the Orange and Lime garages can sometimes have a bit of a line, the surface parking was very empty.
The temperature check for this entrance to Disney Springs is over by the Cirque du Soleil building. When we visited, the employee took our temperature on the forehead as well as behind the ear. It appears the employee did so just in case our head got hot from being in the sun.
This was our view of the area around 3:30PM today — nice and quiet.
Plus, if you come in through this entrance, you may be able to spot these cute little Disney plushes with their face masks on!
If you’re looking for an alternative to parking in the garages, check to see if the surface parking is open. And, while you’re at Disney Springs, don’t forget to check out ALL the amazing Halloween snacks there!
