ABC and D23 Are Celebrating the 35th Anniversary of ‘The Golden Girls’ in a BIG Way!

It’s hard to believe it’s been 35 years since the first episode of The Golden Girls aired. We don’t know about you, but we plan on celebrating with cheesecake!

But D23 and ABC are teaming up to celebrate in their own unique way.

On September 14th at 4PM PST, D23 and ABC are bringing together the show’s producers, Barry Fanaro and Mort Nathan, for a discussion all about Dorothy, Blanche, Rose and Sophia!

Danielle Sato will host the discussion, and fans will hear some personal stories about working on the show, and learn what it was like to work with the four fabulous actresses who starred in it! So put on your favorite Golden Girls apparel, and get ready!

Now is also a great time to get that Golden Girls binge-watching session going: all episodes are currently on Hulu. And be sure to post about it on social media with the hashtag #AtHomeWithD23.
