We’re livin’ on island time at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort!
Banana Cabana
Since we’re in the mood for a taste of the tropics, we’re heading straight to Banana Cabana! It’s Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort’s pool bar and it is known for mixing up some tasty mojitos, rum punch, and mai tais — plus they also serve food!
Banana Cabana usually lists a Seasonal margarita on its menu — although the description tends to sound pretty generic! Last time we swung by and asked what flavors the bartender what seasonal flavors they had he told us they were making a Pineapple margarita as well as a Desert Pear margarita for $14.

But now we’ve learned they’ve started referring to their Pineapple margarita a Chipotle Pineapple margarita instead! If you can’t stand the heat, you can get the regular Pineapple marg in all its sweet former glory.
Folks now have the option to make their drink SUPER spicy if they choose to do so! They just add Monin chipotle syrup to the cocktail now and you can ask for more spice if you want it really HOT!
Chipotle Pineapple Margarita
Even with the extra heat, this drink is exceptionally delicious and refreshing! The sweet and spicy flavors blend together perfectly and next time we’ll probably ask for a little more syrup since our palettes tend to handle spice very well! Who doesn’t love to work up a good sweat while drinking spicy margaritas? 😉
Chipotle Pineapple Margarita
If you’re in the mood for a margarita that’s a little more adventurous than your typical sweet-and-sour flavor profile, definitely try the Chipotle Pineapple Margarita at Banana Cabana — and add a side of Jerk Chicken Wings for even more SPICE!
