The First Course choices are the Hop Salt Pretzel, Spiced Pork Rinds, or BBQ Meatballs made with House Brisket.
Burnt Ends BBQ Meatballs
The Second Course politely invites you to choose the Baby Back Ribs, Cedar Plank Salmon, or USDA Brisket. (Note that the entrees each come with one Market Side item!)
And the Third Course offers a sweet ending with Orange Blossom Pie, Red Velvet Cake, or a Bourbon on the Rocks Cookie.

The $30 Prix Fixe menu is offered for dinner through August 16th as The Polite Pig participates in Bite30, Orlando’s Restaurant Month. Simply ask to see the Bite30 menu. (You can visit Bite30.com to learn more.) Note that there is an additional $5 fee for takeout orders. So, mind your manners and visit The Polite Pig for this unique offering while you can!
