“THREE… TWO… ONE!!!!” Can’t you just feel it?? It’s that moment you launch from your super stretch limo straight into Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

And if you love the rush, you may be inspired to learn how it all happens to begin with… Well, now Disney invites you to “explore the science” and learn about the workings of roller coasters from two Disney Mechanical Engineers, Angel and Josh!

These two work behind-the-scenes at Disney, and are ready to share the math, science, and engineering skills (not to mention the magnets) that come together to launch your limo for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster… just in time for your next at-home science lesson served up with a side of rock and roll! Want to delve into the subject a little further? Disney has created a way for folks learning at home right now to do exactly that. Using the instructions Disney has provided below (which include a list of supplies), you can create your own model roller coaster launch at home!
