Hey, pals! It’s the FIRST day of the 2020 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival.
We are reporting LIVE from the park to show you all of the food, merch, entertainment, and more! When heading to World Showcase to get our eat on, we noticed that not one but TWO booths didn’t open at 11 AM with the rest of the booths…
The Honey Bee-stro, which is the booth that is set to sell the new Spike the Bee Sipper is down for the time being.
While we weren’t given much information on when the booth with be opening today, a Cast Member did inform us that the Spike the Bee Sipper is currently being sold at Pineapple Promenade.
There are currently two lines at Pineapple Promenade, one of which is JUST for the Spike the Bee Sipper. We do want to inform you that they are selling the sipper for the same price even though the sipper is being sold without the Honey-Peach Freeze drink right now.
Check out the FULL The Honey Bee-stro menu here!
We will keep you posted on the situation and will let you know when the booth is up and running for the day!
La Isla Fresca is currently closed as well. While we aren’t sure why the booth hasn’t opened, two Cast Members did mention that it could be closed for the entire day.
See the FULL La Isla Fresca menu here!
It is important to remember that it is the very first day of the festival, so sometimes there are a few little kinks! If you remember, we saw a very similar situation at this year’s Festival of the Arts!
We are keeping our fingers crossed that they are able to get these booths up and running soon and we will keep you updated on this booth, too!
UPDATE: Florida Fresh is also experiencing opening delays at this time.
