Spotted on the “From the Steamer” menu featuring soft, steamed Bao Buns, the Loco Moco Bao ($5.99) combines spiced ham with ground beef, egg, and mushroom gravy for a twist on the Hawaiian dish.

The meat is very nicely seasoned in this savory bao bun, with an additional burst of flavor from the mushroom gravy.
