Calling all Epcot World (Showcase) travelers! Put down the Loonies and Tim Hortons because we have some really exciting news!
January 17th is finally here at Epcot! And, there are SO many new things happening around the park that we can hardly contain our excitement. On top of Awesome Planet and the Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along, our friends up in the North have brought us a brand new Circle-Vision 360 film in the Canada Pavilion!
In 2019, we said goodbye to O’ Canada! (and Martin Short), but now we’re giving a hearty hellooo to Canada Far and Wide since it’s finally open in Epcot!
Check out our first look at the Canada Far and Wide film here!
This film is now narrated by comedic (and Canadian) actors Eugene Levy and Catherine O’Hara. The duo takes the audience through the scenic look that explores Canada’s great outdoors and natural wonders.
Canada Far and Wide definitely lives up to its name since it takes you through each province of Canada, talking about the city life and culture (even the indigenous people of the First Nations there!). Plus, you get that STUNNING circle-vision view of the country’s sprawling forests, gorgeous coastlines, and bustling metroplexes.
After talking about the Toronto Raptors’ success (’cause who wouldn’t want to rep a great basketball team?), Canada Far and Wide ends the film by saying that there’s a place for everyone in Canada. From the desert to Niagara Falls, there is sooo much beauty and culture that it’s a spot you HAVE to visit at least once in your life.
And, don’t forget that today is also the FIRST day for the 2020 Epcot International Festival of the Arts! You can follow along with us live as we report from the festival here!
