We’re live from Epcot’s fourth annual International Festival of the Arts!
We got a lot of boxes to check off on our Foodie to-do list (we’re eating ALL the new festival foods and reviewing them for you here today!) but we were surprised to learn this morning that some of the food booths that should be open aren’t yet!
The 2020 Epcot Festival of the Arts food studios were scheduled to open with the rest of the World Showcase at 11 AM, but such was not the case with three of the ones we visited this morning! A Cast Member we spoke with at Pop Eats! confirmed they were unable to open on time due to “technical difficulties”.
See the FULL MENU for Pop Eats! here!
And the same story goes for Test Track’s Cool Wash. While this Future World kiosk isn’t a festival food booth, a Cast Member informed us their “slushy machines were broken.” He didn’t know when they’d be up runnin’, but we’ll keep you posted!
Read about the Festival of the Art’s additional food locations here!
Lastly, the Deconstructed Dish was also struggling to open this morning. A Cast Member out front was apologizing to guests for the delay! Deconstructed Dish is where you’ll find the new-this-year Rainboba Sparkling Water which you can read our review of HERE!
See the eats and drinks for the Deconstructed Dish HERE!
We’ll keep our eyes on these booths, but for now, we’ll be checking off some of the other festival’s dishes on our list! We don’t think these festival booths will be closed for very long, though, so fingers-crossed they smooth out their first-day-of-the-festival wrinkles quickly!

The negativity of this page makes for some bad reading. It seems recently everything with your page is about something you dislike, or blaming Disney. On top of that, the cockyness of the Instagram page and Twitter is out of hand.
I like to hear the positive and the negative comments, I dislike a review that sounds like Disney wrote the script. I really want to know what people think so no huge let down if it isn’t as glorious as they claim or if it is indeed amazing!!!
I’m confused, the article pointed out that certain booths weren’t open, on day 1 of a new festival, which to me is unacceptable, a few other booths ran out of food, how is basically just reporting facts being negative?? Disney dropped the ball, that’s fact, and the honest truth.
I don’t agree, Jessica. I’ve been subscribed to this page for what seems like forever and they’re largely very positive about Disney. Furthermore, as a former CM, I want to hear the good *and* the bad because it makes for an objective read. Like Joni said, I don’t want to read something that sounds like Disney wrote it. 100% positivity is not realistic 100% of the time. 😉
