The 2020 Epcot International Festival of the Arts is finally here, celebrating the culinary, visual, and performing arts.
While we’ve been giving you a look at booths like El Artista Hambriento, L’Are di Mangiare, and L’Art de la Cuisine Francaise, we’re traveling to Germany for some savory and sweet eats and treats!
While many of the booths are rolling out new food to indulge guests, we’re SO excited to see that Cuisine Classique is bringing back the same menu from last year’s festival!
The Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib is served with Parsnip Purée, Broccolini, Baby Tomatoes, and Aged Balsamic. And, this is basically as filling as an entire MEAL for $8 or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit!
Or, if you’re looking for something a little lighter, the gluten-free Seared Corvina comes with braised Ratatouille (that Remy would definitely approve of) and Lemon-Thyme Beurre Blanc ($7.50).
In the mood for something sweet? Then, you can satisfy your cravings with the Saint-Honoré Tart, which is a Caramel Cream Tart with Caramel Glaze that’s topped with Cream Puffs ($6)…
…or you can feel inspired by the Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate-Chip Cookie ($5.50)! After all, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so you can create YOUR own masterpiece at the festival!
You can head over to Cuisine Classique during the Epcot Festival of the Arts from January 17th through February 24th. And, if you’re looking for some returning favorite or new dishes, you can keep up with us as we take you LIVE around the booths this year!
