Raise your hand if you know that morning rush when you’re trying to hop on your favorite attractions, buuut you’re also hungry for a good breakfast?
And, since that line for the Starbucks on Main Street U.S.A. can get pretty long (people need their coffee), we’ve got a NEW spot in the Magic Kingdom to snag a filling and delicious snack to start your day!
The Friar’s Nook is now serving up breakfast options for the holiday season through January 4th! Their breakfast is available 30 minutes after park opening through 11 AM (so you have plenty of time to hop on some rides and then grab food afterward!). The breakfast menu comes with three different offerings, a Breakfast Sandwich, Sausage and Gravy Tots, and Cinnamon-Sugar Doughnuts!
The Cinnamon-Sugar Doughnuts are the sweetest way to start off the day! They are doughnut holes covered in cinnamon-sugar, available for $4.99 or a Disney Dining Snack Credit!
The dish comes with five doughnut holes, so it’s not a particularly filling meal, but as a snack, these were super yummy!
The Breakfast Sandwich is piled up with bacon, egg, and cheddar on a multigrain croissant and served with a side of tater tots, available for $8.79.
This sandwich was GREAT! While we find Quick Service eggs can be hit or miss, these ones were pretty yummy, flavorful and not at all dry. Possibly our favorite part was the multigrain croissant, which was soft and delicious, pairing perfectly with the contents of the sandwich.
The Sausage and Gravy Tots are crispy tater tots covered in sausage gravy! The dish is available for $5.49 or a Disney Dining Snack Credit.
These were delicious! The tots are nice and crispy, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sausage gravy is the real star of the show, though! The sausage flavor really stands out and goes great with the tots.
Head on over to Friar’s Nook now through January 4th to check out their limited-time breakfast menu! It’s definitely a great (and yummy!) way to start off your magic morning.
