It’s been a foodie’s dream over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

If you’ve been following along, the Animal Kingdom’s Tasting Sampler has returned for a third run this winter and we’ve got a TON of new stuff to review for you this year!

The Tasting Sampler costs $50.00 and includes two digital value cards: One $50 card that can be used at over 40 outdoor food and beverage locations throughout the park (and does not expire), and a bonus $10.00 that can be used at the following quick-service restaurants after 4:00 PM from December 22, 2019 through January 4, 2020: Restaurantosaurus, Pizzafari, Flame Tree Barbecue, and Satu’li Canteen.

This year, we see several new items join the lineup as well as returning items and menu mainstays that are also a part of the official sampling menu.

And we couldn’t wait to pay a visit to Anandapur Ice Cream in Asia to check out their sweet contribution to the sampler, The Forbidden Mountain Cone.

The Forbidden Mountain Cone is priced at $5.29 and features Chocolate and Vanilla ice cream with Snowflake Sprinkles.

This is a sight to be seen! We love the pop of blue with the cone and sprinkles alongside the snowflakes.

The Yeti even makes an appearance in the form of an edible chocolate piece.

This is a fun one and an upgrade to your standard theme park cone! While the flavors aren’t groundbreaking (um…chocolate and vanilla?), the look is crisp and cool so it’ll make a great instagram post! ;-D
