The Mint Julep Bar’s little Mickey-shaped pockets of fried dough dusted with powdered sugar are delicious enough in their own right — in fact, they’re high up there with some of our most favorite snacks to have while at the Disney parks! And for the holidays, the classic Mickey Beignets often undergo a seasonal overlay like some of Disneyland’s attractions— and thus Candy Cane Beignets were born!

If you’re a peppermint purist and enjoy your minty endeavors straight up, the Candy Cane Beignets are definitely great on their own. Here at DFB though, we’re dunkers. And dunkers GOTTA DUNK! (What can I say? We’re saucy.) The chocolate sauce added some nice richness to balance out the sweetness of all that candy cane and confectioners’ sugar!
