It’s no surprise here that all of us at DFB have been living that Disney+ life since the streaming service launched earlier this month.

The streaming service that has brought us original and classic content has certainly been a hit amongst critics and fans alike.
As we’re learning more about the actual stats, Yahoo! Entertainment has revealed that between November 12 through 24, the Disney+ Mobile App was downloaded an estimated 15.5 million times. Over this time period, that’s an average of 1.2 million a day! It also remains in the #1 position in the U.S. on both Apple’s App Store and Google Play.

We are totally not surprised by these numbers being that we now have virtually every Disney film and series at our fingertips!
They have also revealed that other streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and HBO, have been unaffected by Disney+, according to data from Apptopia.

With the availability of bundle packages, the launch of Disney+ has also been positive for other service providers, including Hulu and ESPN Plus. Both apps have seen an increase of over 50% in downloads from November 12 through 24 compared to prior. Additionally, downloads of the Roku app have also increased.
We had previously revealed that after launch, the app achieved a remarkable 10 million sign-ups.
