It’s always a wild day in Animal Kingdom and today was no different!

We’ve seen some awesome food updates in Animal Kingdom recently like the Bugs ‘n Grubs Cupcake and the Simba Pretzel so we headed back over to check in on some of our faves and to see if we can find anything new! Here are all of our updates today in food, construction, and merchandise at Animal Kingdom!

Animal Kingdom Food Updates

There’s a handful of new food updates around Animal Kingdom like the reappearance of the Snowman Steins! These little guys are SO cute and super easy to tote around for all your winter-y drink needs. We spotted them back at Mahindi and The Feeding Ground!

Speaking of that Simba Pretzel, a lion of a snack, we made sure he was still around. Well, no fear if you haven’t seen him yet! We spotted him all around the park at Harambe Fruit Market, Warung Outpost, and Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks.

Mickey Pretzels were still at Isle of Java and Eight Spoon Cafe instead of Simba ones, but you KNOW we love a good Mickey Pretzel just the same!! We’re accepting of all forms of pretzel here at DFB. 😉

We kept an eye out for that slimy and satisfying Bugs ‘n Grubs Cupcake around the park. Sure enough, this treat was still available at Restarauntosaurus and Creature Comforts. We’re not sure how long this guy will around so be sure to grab one soon to be safe! 😉.

And lastly, we spotted a NEW treat! We just found the Christmas Lion Paw Cookie, but now check out the Blue and White Lion Paw Cookie, or as our Cast Member called it, the Winter Paw! We only spotted these at The Feeding Ground but they’re super fun twist on the Lion Paw!

Animal Kingdom Construction Updates

Animal Kingdom is definitely not the park with the most construction right now (we’re looking at you, Epcot!) but we did see a new structure pop up at Harambe Market. There’s a new sign that highlights some menu items and a basket that probably holds handheld menus.

We’ll keep our eyes on this spot to see if anything changes.

Animal Kingdom Merchandise Updates

Aaaaaand we spotted a few new pins at Riverside Depot! Check out this super seasonal Winnie the Pooh and Friends Thanksgiving pin for $17.99.

Or, for the 30th Anniversary of The Little Mermaid, check out a whole bunch of new undersea pins! We think this 4-Pack of pins is positively the bubbles for $74.99.

There’s some individual pins too for $17.99! This one features King Triton!
