But, have you ever had horchata?! Filled with flavors like cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla, the milk and rice-based beverage is a delicious treat that’s irresistible! And, the holidays in Disney California Adventure are off to a great start with a dessert inspired by the seasonal drink!

The Horchata Churro is being baked, not stirred, at Goofy’s Sky School Churro Cart!

The churro has cinnamon and nutmeg sugar and a condensed milk dipping sauce (!!!).

We LOOOOVE Disney churros. And condensed milk? Totally our jam. The churro itself is the standard churro cinnamon sugar kicked up a notch with the festive flavor of nutmeg. We’re those people that LURVE a lot of nutmeg in our egg nog or horchata so we would have loved to see even more of this especially Christmasy flavor.

We enjoyed the condensed milk to dip our churro in and could have happily used even more! If you’re more in the mood to actually DRINK your horchata instead of chew on it, you’re probably better off grabbing the real thing from Cocina Cucamonga for Festival of Holidays (it’s only 5 dollaaa)!

This wasn’t the most mind-blowing churro we’ve had the past few days (for that, again, we direct your attention to DA BOMB Pecan Pie Churro.) but it’s pretty tasty!! If you want to try the Horchata Churro for yourself, you can get one for $6.25 throughout the season.
