At Disney World, caramel apples are one of our favorite classic snacks (and you can even maybe call it “healthy” ’cause um apple)! We’re still swooning over the adorable new Snowman Caramel Apples we spied in Magic Kingdom, and now we’ve got ANOTHER way to get our “apple a day!”
Over at Catalina Eddie’s, the Caramel Apple Verrine is a delish holiday! Man, there are a lot of verrines this year!

Apple pie filling, caramel, vanilla mousse, chocolate mousse, crispy chocolate pearls, and a white chocolate Mickey and Minnie square are layered together to make one festive snack!

The Caramel Apple Verrine reminds us of dessert during Christmas dinner with your family. So, it brought back a lot of memories which made us enjoy it even more! The first bite is all caramel, but once you dig all the way down, you get a mouthful of flavors. The chocolate, caramel, and apple filling almost tastes like a candy apple in a cup! The additional layer of the chocolate pearls gives the treat a delicious crunch with every bite too.
