That’s why we’re SUPER thrilled that we can get BOTH our chocolate and ice cream fixes in one hefty scoop with Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop’s Quake Shake!

Disney California Adventure Park’s Pacific Wharf Ghiradelli’s menu has had the Quake Shake some time, but we hadn’t seen it available at the Disney Springs’ Marketplace location until recently!

This is a total create-your-own milkshake situation here that is gonna ROCK YOUR WORLD!! You get to choose your ice cream flavor and then select 3 Ghirardelli chocolate squares from a variety including milk chocolate, dark milk chocolate, milk chocolate caramel, dark chocolate, dark chocolate raspberry, and dark chocolate sea salt caramel!

Once you pick out your chocolates, you pass them off to the Cast Member to start your custom creation! We went with the milk chocolate caramel and doubled-down on the dark chocolate sea salt caramel!

And the result was this amazingly thick ‘n dreamy Quake Shake! We could definitely taste the chocolate and caramel flavors shining through all that rich vanilla ice cream! And the chocolates even gave the shake some nice texture! Luckily, we didn’t need a spoon or anything to devour all this deliciousness and just a straw was sufficient!
