Today, we happened upon an equally epic NEW snack — Waffle Gelato Sliders. Of course, we had to try them for ourselves so we could tell you all about them!

For $10, you get a freshly made waffle split into two sliders and filled with your choice of ice cream. We decided to go with pumpkin gelato and strawberry sorbet.

These sliders were SUPER yummy but also SUPER messy! The warm waffle made the gelato melt really fast, although the sorbet didn’t melt as quickly.

Despite the mess, the waffle was delicious and fluffy. The pumpkin gelato tasted like pumpkin pie and wasn’t super sweet. We could actually pick up spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. The strawberry gelato was very refreshing and wonderfully light. Thankfully, it wasn’t sickly sweet but tasted naturally sweet.

The Waffle Gelato Sliders were simple and delightful, and we HIGHLY recommend getting them when you’re in Disney Springs. Though the $10 price tag is a bit high, two or even three people can easily split this snack.
