After all the spooky ice cream, churros, and milkshakes, we’re in serious need of something savory in our lives! That’s why we were SO happy to see the return of the Spicy Pepper Jack Cheese Stick over in Disney California Adventure!

Head over to Corn Dog Castle to find this seasonal item. We found ours on Mobile Order as well! They have the fried Cheddar Cheese Stick on the menu year-round, so it’s really fun when they change it up to this version with more of a kick!

This giant beauty of battered fried cheese is made with pepper jack cheese, topped with a drizzle of blackberry sauce, pineapple salsa, serrano peppers for extra heat, and crushed cheese puffs. It is served with a side of chips or sliced apples and will cost you $9.99.

When we last tried this, we loved the mix of heat from the cheese and peppers mixed with the sweet fruit flavors from the pineapple and blackberry sauce. This is EASILY an item to share if you’re not up to the task of tucking into a full fried cheese stick — it’s almost the size of a regular corn dog!!
