Morimoto Asia
If you love Morimoto Asia as much as we do… listen up! The restaurant will host an educational seminar and tasting event on Sunday, July 21 called “Sea. Salt. Sake. Sharpen.”
This event will be seafood-driven and will feature demonstrations and food stations so guests can learn about preparing fish while trying a few of the items as well!

According to the event website, attendees can also learn to “master the elements of maximizing the bounty of the whole fish, gain insight into the proper technique for sharpening kitchen knives, and sample a variety of flavors from Mackerel and Hamachi to Madai Snapper.”
All of these items will be thoughtfully-paired with different selections of beers, sakes, and shochus meant to complement both the texture and style of each dish.

The Sea. Salt. Sake. Sharpen event will take place on Sunday, July 21, 2019, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Before tax, tickets are $50 per person (guests must be 21 or older to attend the event).
