We’ve kept up with the progress on Disneyland’s Pixar Pals parking structure for a while now, and we were thrilled to discover it will open much earlier than expected!

The 6,500 space garage will certainly be helpful for guests visiting Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.
But, we are NOT so thrilled about the fact that it won’t open in time for the general public opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

According to The Orange County Register, the Pixar Pals garage WILL open by the end of this month, but the structure will NOT open in time to help facilitate the parking needs when Galaxy’s Edge opens to the general public next week.

This news makes us even more thankful for Disneyland’s new partnership with Lyft! That will certainly help with the massive Galaxy’s Edge crowds. We’re as ready as you are for the new garage to open, so stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more updates!
