Hey, food-lovin’ friends! If you know us, you know we are quite fond of Troubadour Tavern in Disneyland. We love stopping here to grab some delicious German food like a bratwurst sausage or stuffed potato.

BBQ Chicken Stuffed Baked Potato

Well, when stopping by on our most recent visit, we noticed a new-to-us menu addition that we got pretty excited about!

The new BBQ Chicken Stuffed Baked Potato is somewhat akin to the bbq chicken stuffed potato that we saw a while back at Harbour Galley. We often find that these two locations switch menu items back and forth, so if you don’t find something previously on the menu at one location, you just might find it at the other.

The BBQ Chicken Stuffed Baked Potato ($8.49) is filled with BBQ chicken, butter, chipotle sour cream, and cilantro.

It’s got a great tangy yet mild BBQ sauce, plus a hint of smokiness from the chipotle mayo. We also enjoyed the size of the potato for the price, especially since the shredded chicken brings an added heartiness to the whole thing. Overall, we really enjoyed it!
