An all-new rooftop dining experience is coming to Walt Disney World this summer when Toledo — Tapas, Steak & Seafood opens on top of the new Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort on July 9, 2019.
Gran Destino Tower Will Open in July
Disney has announced an exclusive tasting event for the new restaurant for Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members. The event will be held on Thursday, July 25; Thursday, August 1 and Thursday, August 8, 2019 and will feature highlights from the menu selected by the chef, and accompanied by cocktails.

Those menu highlights will feature items such as Rioja-braised Chorizo, Chilled Marinated Mussels ‘Escabèche,’ Savory Churros, Scallops, Hangar Steak, House Boards and ‘Café con Leche’ Profiterole.

Guests 21-and-over will choose from a selection of specialty cocktails “from gin tonic and sangria tastings, to samplings of Tempranillo (Rioja).” Soft drinks and coffee will also be available.
The cost to attend is $84 per person (plus tax and gratuity); advance registration is required and payment in full is due at time of booking. DVC Members and Annual Passholders may bring up to 5 guests (for a party total of 6). A valid Disney Vacation Club Membership Card or annual pass and photo ID is required for check-in at the first floor of Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs Resort. Interested Passholders may call (407) WDW-DINE, and DVC Members may call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to book.
