This year brings so many new experiences to the Disney Parks on both coasts, and you can bet we’ve been sniffing out as many details as we can find on the BRAND NEW dining that will be arriving at Disneyland and Walt Disney World!
Here we explore FIVE new restaurants we can’t wait to try in 2019!
Topolino’s Terrace — Flavors of the Riviera, Disney’s Riviera Resort
Mid-December is the grand unveiling of Disney’s Riviera Resort — and its exciting new dining! Topolino’s Terrace — Flavors of the Riviera is poised to become a must-get Advance Dining Reservation because Topolino’s will be roof-top dining with sweeping views of Walt Disney World! Expect views of fireworks shows at Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios! (Remember that Epcot is getting some new nighttime entertainment in the second half of 2019, so guests will enjoy a brand new view of a brand new show!)
In addition to views, Topolino’s will feature flavors of the Riviera with signature dining for dinner and a prix fixe character meal for breakfast!
Oga’s Cantina, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
Oga’s Cantina
is unique on this list as it will actually open two locations in 2019! In the summer, Oga’s Cantina will open at Disneyland’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge; in the fall, Oga’s will open in Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ Galaxy’s Edge. The Cantina will serve up “otherworldly” cocktails (a first for Disneyland!) and mocktails. Mocktails include the Carbon Freeze, Oga’s Obsession, and the Cliff Dweller.
Cocktails include intriguing options like Moogan Tea, Blue Bantha, Bloody Rancor, and the Black Spire Brew!
Just as much as the menu, we’re looking forward to seeing all the details included in what is expected to be a unique and funky lounge!

Toledo — Tapas, Steaks, & Seafood, Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs
Toledo — Tapas, Steak, & Seafood
will open atop Coronado Springs’ new Gran Destino Tower on July 9, and this rooftop space has a lot going for it. Not only will it offer spectacular views (including Epcot’s and Hollywood Studios’ fireworks!), but it will also offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant and lounge will celebrate the flavors of Spain and offer specialties that include small plates, steak, and seafood.
We can’t wait to drink in the stylish space and enjoy some beverages and bites at Toledo!
Jaleo, Disney Springs
As construction continues on the 22,000 square foot Jaleo by Jose Andres in Disney Springs, we can’t help but get excited about this vibrant, Spanish-inspired restaurant (and the Nobel Peace Prize-nominated philanthropist/chef at its helm!). Jaleo in Disney Springs is the largest of Chef Andres’ restaurants, and the bright red and yellow exterior really makes a statement Disney Springs’ West Side! The menu was released last December, and we can’t wait to dig into some paella and quesos! The official opening date hasn’t yet been released, but we expect Jaleo to open THIS MONTH!

City Works Eatery & Pour House, Disney Springs
Another Disney Springs West Side spot, City Works Eatery & Pour House will be the spot for trying craft beer in Disney Springs! With 80 rare tappings of local and international brews, City Works will have something for everyone, from beer aficionados to the dabblers. 😉 In addition to the table service spot’s beer selection, diners will also enjoy pub grub, burgers, and shared plates! City Works is slated to open in Summer 2019, so we’re watching and waiting for details!

Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer
held a hiring event in January of 2019, so we expect to be munching on the brand’s popular All-American and Vegan Burgers and CrazyShake™ milkshakes soon! Black Tap is an award winner in NYC — no easy feat! — and the Downtown Disney location will be the brand’s first in California. We’d be lying if we said we aren’t already daydreaming about The Bam Bam Shake (made with Fruity Pebbles!), and we’re excited to see another high-quality vegan option, too!

Black Tap’s impending DTD arrival!
There’s so much NEW in store for Disney Park guests in 2019, and when it comes to dining, you KNOW we’re all over it like Bam Bams on Crazyshakes!
