It’s that time again: time for the Burger of the Month at The Edison in Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs! Unsurprisingly the March burger tips its hat to traditional Irish grub!

The Luck of the Irish Burger begins with The Edison’s signature blend of brisket, sirloin, and short rib. Topping the patty are corned beef, coleslaw, crispy potatoes, and whole grain mustard. Those crispy potatoes add a bit of texture, and just LOOK at that edible architecture!
