Schmoozies in Hollywood Land just debuted a tasty selection of Christmas-inspired treats and the Gingerbread Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich gets two thumbs up. It’s one of four new seasonal treats added to their menu during Disney’s Festival of the Holidays happening now at Disney California Adventure.

Even if you don’t consider yourself a gingerbread fanatic, we think you’ll love this. The brown sugar cinnamon ice cream adds the perfect amount of sweet to balance out the spice in the gingerbread.

With the crushed gingerbread cookies on the outside, this frozen treat is creamy, chewy, crunchy, and sweet (with a little spice) all in one bite. And how cute is that little chocolate gingerbread man on top!?
