The Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure kicks off on November 9th to help ring in the season at Disneyland Resort!

And a HUGE part of the celebration is the Festive Foods Marketplace. Twelve food booths will serve up everything from global bites to comfort foods to traditional holiday goodies! And today, we have the FULL MENUS for all twelve Food Booths!

Before you dig in at the Festival this year, remember to grab a Festival of Holidays Tasting Passport at any of the marketplaces. Get your Passport stamped at every marketplace, and when your Passport is filled, you’ll receive a completion stamp!

NEW Festive Foods Marketplace Booths

Four NEW Festive Foods Marketplace Booths

will join the holiday lineup this year! Merry Mashups will feature, along with other items, a “Hot Cocoa” Marshmallow Macaron, and a Turkey & Stuffing Tamale with Cranberry Relish.

Winter Wonders is where you’ll find Pumpkin Soup with Maple Cashew Cream, Chana Masala with Grilled Garlic Naan, and Vanilla and Cranberry Trifle.

A few of your favorite things at Favorite Things might include the Reuben Potato Tots with Russian Dressing and Rye Toast (previously found at A Twist on Tradition) and Cranberry Sangria with Lime Garnish. Look for Holiday Ham Shanks with Brown Sugar-Pineapple Glaze, among other items, here, too.

The Visions of Sugarplums dancing in your head will include sweet bites like Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce and Horchata Fudge (previously found at A Twist on Tradition), while sips will include Warm Bourbon Cider with House-made Bourbon-infused Marshmallow!

Returning Festive Foods Marketplace Booths

Find a Festive Progressive Flight and Flavors of the Season Flight, along with Chorizo Queso Fundido with House-made Tortilla Chips at the returning Brews & Bites!

New dishes at Holiday Duets will include Curry Cauliflower Soup with Braised Lamb and Mintchurri and Shrimp and Grits with Andouille Sausage.

Braised Pork Belly Adobo with Garlic Fried Rice will be back at Blissfully Braised!

Find the new Beef Pot Roast on a Potato Roll with Horseradish Cream at Grandma’s Recipes this year!

The hit Nashville Hot Fried Turkey with Dill Pickles will return to Spicy Celebrations.

Look for a new menu with Pozole Rojo Beef with Hominy Polenta at A Twist on Tradition (a few of their items from last year will be found at new booths as noted above).

The beloved Roasted Turkey Slider with Cranberry Sauce will be back at Winter Sliderland, along with Holiday Stuffing Mac & Cheese!

And, of course, Wine and Mimosa Flights and more will once more be at Making Spirits Bright!
