Happy Halloween Time
from the land of the churros — Disneyland Resort!
Churros are a massive hit with the masses, whether Disneyland is celebrating something special or, you know, it’s just a Tuesday. At the Frontierland churro cart near Big Thunder Mountain, guests can currently pick up the Orange Sugar Churro as part of the Halloween Time offerings — and it’s so much more than just an orange-tinted sweet treat!
For starters, this stick of fried dough goodness is covered not just in orange sugar but also in yellow — and the real life churro is way brighter than it appears in the placard.
See how it actually mimics the colors of the beloved candy corn? That’s with good reason because the Orange Sugar Churro comes with the most creative dip we’ve seen in a while!
Candy Corn Dip is awesome! Somehow this tastes exactly like candy corn from top to bottom! The white part is similar to marshmallow, but the orange underneath is pure candy corn! Honestly, a lot of times the “candy corn” flavor is more like caramel or butterscotch. But our taste testers on this one all agreed that this was 100% candy corn…even down to the plastic-y aftertaste. ;-D
A quick dip for the churro and bam: sugary, sugary Orange Sugar Churro magic!
Fan of candy corn? You’ll want to mosey as fast as you can to Frontierland and load up on this one!
