Disney World has implemented a lot of changes since its reopening last summer.
Mask mandates, social distancing, and plexiglass barriers are just some of the health and safety guidelines in place. Many Disney World experiences have been affected by these changes. These changes, like adding plexiglass to certain rides, are designed to make guests safer due to the global pandemic, but they can definitely alter the guest experience on some attractions.
It’s no secret that with Halloween fast approaching, Disney World parks have been getting a lot busier!
We’re already seeing parks fill up for Halloween, but even this week has been pretty busy! We were at Magic Kingdom today, and we’ve got some photos and video of the crowds we saw there!
It’s hard to imagine that Magic Kingdom first opened its doors all the waaaaay back on October 1st, 1971.

And while we’ll have to wait until 2021 to celebrate Disney World’s big 50th-anniversary, we’re kicking off the festivities a little early today!
