Avengers Infinity Defense
Later this month, Disney will host the Destination D23 event at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. During the three-day event, which runs from August 29th through the 31st, Disney will likely announce some big and exciting news.
If you’ve ever wanted to adventure with Indiana Jones, this is your chance.
Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular has been entertaining guests at Hollywood Studios since (almost) the very beginning. The show features the titular character and Marion Ravenwood “dodg(ing) deadly traps, battl(ing) bad guys, leap(ing) from tall buildings and mak(ing) thrilling escapes straight out of Raiders of the Lost Ark” while at the same time living up to the park’s original working studios theme by giving audiences “an inside look at how stunts are done with demonstrations that reveal how to safely throw and take punches, fall from tall buildings, and even wield whips in the midst of complex action sequences.” The show debuted within months of Hollywood Studios’ (then known as Disney-MGM Studios) opening in August of 1989, and is currently the oldest operating attraction in the park.

Dinoland
We stopped dead in our tracks when we came across this new sign for the new land coming to Animal Kingdom at Disney World, and now you need to see it, too.
We’ve all seen them. You’re sitting back, fully immersed in the magic of Disney, when suddenly, people start standing up and making a beeline for the exit before the show is even over.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
It’s frustrating, it’s distracting, and unfortunately, it’s happening way too often at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. These “aisle lice” are causing chaos at some of the park’s most beloved shows, and we need to talk about it.
A NEW land is coming to Animal Kingdom…but why is it taking SO long?

At the 2023 D23 Expo and the 2024 D23 Ultimate Fan Event, Disney talked about a new land that would be coming to Animal Kingdom. The new land would be themed to the Tropical Americas, specifically built around a fictional town Pueblo Esperanza. However, don’t make plans to see the new land anytime soon.
Picture this — in a few years, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will look wildly different.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
We are getting an entirely new area dedicated to the Tropical Americas. But with new attractions and theming coming, we have to say goodbye to a land we love, DinoLand U.S.A. We have already seen the closure of TriceraTop Spin, Fossil Fun Games, and Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures, but parts of DinoLand are still up and running. Now, Disney has announced those are coming to an end so it has us anxiously awaiting the BIG announcement on everyone’s mind.
Disney World will be undergoing several HUGE changes in the next few years.

Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom will all be getting new lands with new attractions. DinoLand, U.S.A., in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, has been a cult-favorite land since its opening with the park in 1998. The land was designed as a roadside carnival, complete with rides and attractions you would likely see at your local fair, but with a dinosaur theme. Famous Disney Imagineer and Disney Legend Joe Rhode is known for his work on the land, but soon it will be going extinct. Disney announced that a new Tropical Americas land will be taking the place of DinoLand, U.S.A., and here’s when you can expect this 22-year-old land to be demolished from the park.
Disney+ always has fresh binge-worthy content available on its service. But when it’s ‘in with the new’ it also means ‘out with the old’.
