One of our go-to spots in Disney Springs is Gideon’s Bakehouse. This unique bakery is known for its MASSIVE cookies and cake slices, plus limited-time treats that give us plenty of excuses to keep coming back for more (not that we need much convincing). Of course, the flavor of the season is pumpkin spice and we’ve had a wonderful few months trying all the pumpkin coffees and treats we can get. Well, as Halloween draws near, we’re prepped to say goodbye to pumpkin and hello to peppermint, but we have good news. It looks like some popular pumpkin is sticking around!
