Last month the Center for Disease Control and Prevention made a controversial change to its testing guidelines for the global health crisis.
Initially, testing was recommended for anyone who had come in contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19. The change removed this recommendation and noted that those without symptoms didn’t need to get tested, which sparked some controversy — including remarks from Disney Chairman Bob Iger.
