A complete retheme of the Paradise Pier Hotel has taken place in Disneyland Resort, and it is now the Pixar Place Hotel! The team from Great Maple — a “Southern California-based modern American eatery” — has opened a new restaurant on the first floor, and is also operating additional eateries around the hotel.
Sketch Pad Cafe
These additional eateries include The Sketch Pad Cafe where assorted pastries as well as espresso coffee drinks and tea are on offer. The pastries — including croissants, bagels, muffins and breads — are made by the Röckenwagner Bakery. Extra indulgences include Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies and the Salted Caramel Brownie.
You can also start your day with a substantial dish like a Mini Frittata, Avocado Toast, or Pizza Bagel. Fresh fruit, yogurt, and more are up for grabs for a quick bite, as well.
