Toledo — Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort hosts Sangria University, where you’ll learn the history of sangria from professionals along with four in-house sangria recipes. After you’ve tried all four Sangrias (along with a light appetizer), you’ll have the chance to make your very own glass of Sangria by choosing your wine, spirit, and fruit juice. You’ll walk away with your Certificate of Mastery from Sangria University!

Inclusions
A lesson in the history of Sangria, a flight of four house-made Sangrias, ingredients to make your own custom Sangria, and a souvenir certificate. Though base spirits are included for your custom Sangria, interested guests may purchase premium spirits for an additional price.

This experience is typically offered twice on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 11AM and 1:30PM. (Note that available times may vary throughout the year.) The duration is 1.5 to 2 hours. Please plan to check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

How to Book
The required Reservation for this experience is available for dates 60 days out via the Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app.
Additional Information
- Guests must be at least 21 years old. It is required that guests bring a valid form of government identification. (The Disney World website also states that “Guests younger than 21 years of age must be accompanied by a Guest who is 21 years of age or older, will be charged full price and will be served a flight of non-alcoholic beverages during the experience.”)
- Guests are required to cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the tour in order to avoid the forfeiture of the entire price.
