We are eagerly awaiting the opening this winter season of Jaleo by Chef José Andrés in Disney Springs! To further whet our appetites, today José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup, in collaboration with renowned Spanish design firm Capella Garcia Arquitectura, has provided new artwork for the 22 thousand square foot restaurant which will serve the Chef’s authentic Spanish cuisine.

They shared that “the architectural form of the building is inspired by an artichoke, a vegetable native to José’s homeland. The artichoke structure opens up, inviting guests to enter and experience the very best of Spanish cuisine.” Color choices will present citrus-inspired hues of orange and lemon, with wood and ceramic materials also setting the scene. We’ve been spotting purple cupcakes and gelato shakes in the latest Disney Minnie Mouse Ears hue of Potion Purple (also called Purple Potion), and we had a feeling there were more on the way… and starting today in Walt Disney World — unless otherwise noted — and January 11th in Disneyland, that is indeed the case!
