It’s about to get pricier to watch your favorite Disney movies!

Disney released its earnings report for the third quarter of the 2023 fiscal year and held an earnings call to discuss the report. We heard some updates about Disney’s theme parks, how the company is doing financially as a whole, and some news on its entertainment division. Improving streaming and Disney+ is a “number on priority,” according to Bob Iger, CEO of the company, and unfortunately, prices will be increasing.

Actors and writers are currently on strike in Hollywood, with the writers’ strike starting in May and the actors’ strike starting on June 13th. As a result, several film projects have been put on hold.
