Magic Kingdom
The DisneylandForward project has officially been approved and will bring a $1.9 billion expansion to Disneyland Resort. The first permits have been filed for Disney World’s massive Animal Kingdom expansion, and Magic Kingdom’s Beyond Big Thunder overhaul will breathe new life into the original Florida park. Bob Iger has a new plan for Disney parks, and we happen to be pretty excited about it.
By now, it’s probably no secret that we’re pretty passionate about all things Disney — parks, movies, and of course, souvenirs.

Disney Imagineers are updating the Country Bear Jamboree show in Magic Kingdom with “an all-new act.” The bears are going to be singing Disney songs in NEW styles, like pop-country, rockabilly, and bluegrass!

There’s nothing inherently wrong with that — in fact, some of our favorite eats are from food courts — but there are some serious issues you might run into at these quick service spots. Food court drama is real in Disney World, and we’re sharing some of the most egregious misdeeds we’ve seen!

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th, and this year’s season is predicted to be even more active than prior years. In fact, the first Hurricane of the season, Beryl, is already the most powerful one we’ve seen this early in the season in quite a long time. And, after strengthening into a Category 5 storm, Beryl is causing a problem for the Disney Cruise Line.
It’s certainly no secret that we love food here at DFB — we are Disney FOOD Blog, at the end of the day.
McDonald’s
But, it isn’t just Disney snacks and treats that tickle our fancy. In fact, some might say we love McDonald’s almost as much as we love Disney, too. A while back, McDonald’s slid into our DMs to tell us about some limited-time offerings and then disappeared like that one person you went on a date with who never called you again.
