Disney’s Hollywood Studios, of course! This is also where you can have a meal in a drive-in movie theater, meet Darth Vader, and plunge to your doom in a rickety old elevator. We just visited Hollywood Studios recently, so we’ve got some updates from there to share with you!
What a wonderful time to be a Star Wars fan, right? We’ve got so much going on right now — there’s an actual land in TWO Disney Parks right now devoted to Star Wars.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
We’ve got the Galactic Starcruiser interactive experience. We’ve got all kinds of new Star Wars movies and TV shows to look forward to. There’s also SO MUCH merchandise — we’re finding new things every day. Speaking of which, there’s a new piece of Star Wars gear you’re going to want to get your hands on.
Okay, we just realized something. Hocus Pocus 2 releases on Disney+ NEXT MONTH!

We are SO ready, too! We’re prepping our favorite Hocus Pocus recipes, downloading Hocus Pocus-themed wallpaper, and sharing our favorite Hocus Pocus quotes (“Ohhh look, another glorious morning… makes me SICK!” But now we have a way to enjoy Hocus Pocus…for breakfast?!?!?!
Halloween is here, and no, we don’t care that the ACTUAL Halloween is still a few months away.
It’s started!
Because even before that first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicks off, we’re on the lookout for any and everything Halloween in Disney World. While we are still waiting on Halloween decorations to show up on Main Street, U.S.A., we are starting to see a few bits of Halloween items in the parks.
July is over, and you know what that means!!!

It means it’s time for SPOOKY SEASON. Yes, Halloween season will begin soon at Disney World and the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party in TWO YEARS is coming up soon! We can’t wait to check out all the fun Halloween merchandise and eat all those Halloween snacks. But in the meantime, let’s do a bit of a retrospective of July to check out ALL the menu updates we saw at Disney World.
We can’t always get to our happy place, and by happy place, we mean Disney World!

We certainly have some of our favorite foods in those restaurants, that’s for sure. That Canadian Cheese Soup at Le Cellier, pretty much EVERYTHING at Steakhouse 71, that Fried Herb and Garlic Cheese at 50s Prime Time Cafe. That’s why we keep a close eye on Disney World menus, so we can let you know if those menus change! So let’s look at this week’s updates.

Which Fab Five character are you?
That’s right — we’re talking about Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald (and Daisy if you’re talking about the Sensational Six). Let’s face it — this group of friends is virtually inseparable. But if you were one of the fab five, who would you be? Well, now there’s a way to find out!
Yes, we’ll admit that we’re a bit obsessed with Starbucks.
Connections Cafe
It’s not JUST about the coffee, though (although it can be fun to grab a frappuccino in Disney World). Starbucks often gets some delicious snacks, like the Lime Frosted Coconut Bar, the Liege Waffle, and holiday treats. So when there’s a snack we haven’t tried before, you know we have to grab it!
Starbucks is great and all, but Joffrey’s has a special place in our hearts.
Joffrey’s at Animal Kingdom
One, Joffrey’s rarely has the long lines that we tend to see at Starbucks. Two, Joffrey’s often has delicious donuts to munch on. Three, Joffrey’s is just something we associate with Disney World — and we LOVE the Disney flavors you can only get at Joffrey’s. Today, though, we have another reason to visit a Joffrey’s because you can get a free drink!
