Y’all…we get STOKED when we spot a unique Disney World treat out in the wild. Yes, that means we’re going to make a BEELINE to those restaurants that are offering new and different snacks because WE HAVE TO TRY THEM OUT, obviously.
Creature Comforts
Most recently, we practically ran to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to try a POG Mimosa (for obvious reasons!). Then there was that Croissant Cookie from Disney’s Contemporary Resort that we just learned existed (and we’ll be back for more). Well, we just learned about an ADORABLE snack at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and we grabbed it as soon as we could!

Okay, so that makes us pretty much like everyone else, right? But one thing we love to do is hunt down Amazon deals, especially on things you might need for Disney trips, Disney souvenirs, and other Disney merchandise. Well, we’ve done it again! We’ve tracked down some great Disney deals on Amazon that all cost under $20!
So we’re not always excited when something new comes to Disney Springs (unless it concerns food, then, well, we get VERY excited).
Disney Springs
Disney Springs does have live entertainment (we’ve often seen live bands here), not to mention a cool art walk, but other than that, there’s not much to do there at night. But now, a new nighttime show coming to the shopping and dining district — and it’s could change EVERYTHING.
A Disney hotel just underwent a HUGE makeover.
Pixar Lamp and Ball at Pixar Place Hotel
The hotel formerly known as Disneyland’s Paradise Pier Hotel was reimagined into Pixar Place Hotel, a hotel dedicated to all things Pixar. The hotel features nods to many of Pixar’s most iconic movies, as well as unique characters you can’t meet anywhere else. Pixar Place Hotel is also getting a very cool new concierge lounge and now, Disney has revealed when that lounge will officially open.
When Disney World first announced that it had plans to build a Moana-themed attraction in EPCOT, a lot of us were wondering exactly what Disney had in mind for the attraction.
Journey of Water
Well, imagine everyone’s confusion when we all learned that this new attraction would be a walkthrough thing where you were allowed to play with water (with is keeping with the classic edutainment theme of EPCOT). Well, the attraction officially opened in 2023, and since then, we’ve heard some conspiracy theories (okay, so we might’ve also added our own) about Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana.
A LOT of changes are happening in Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort.
Downtown Disney
Recently, three new restaurants opened in Downtown Disney (THREE!!!). The Parkside Market, which will feature even more food, is coming soon. Din Tai Fung will be moving in soon. Tortilla Jo’s closed, but something else is coming there soon. Now, one of the most popular shops in Downtown Disney has closed for a huge makeover.

We’re members, too, which means we are always looking to find the latest and greatest Disney Deals. Now, you might already know that Sam’s Club is a great place to get discounted Disney gift cards (which are great for Disney vacations), but you can also nab some pretty good deals on other Disney merchandise, too. This week, we’ve found some pretty AWESOME things that will have you screaming at Sam’s Club to take your money.
So, we often talk about Disney pizza and how it often disappoints us.
Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta
Granted, most of that talk revolves around Disney World, because we have had the occasional good slice over on the West Coast in Disneyland. Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta in Disney California Adventure has always offered a pretty decent slice, but let’s just say that it has plussed up its pizza and given it a Mexican twist — and it’s everything we ever wanted.
Yes, we like to keep up with McDonald’s news because we eat at McDonald’s almost as much as we eat at Disney.

Granted, we love getting those Disney-themed Happy Meals (even when they sometimes spoil movies). We also like to try new items that pop up at McDonald’s from time to time. Well, speaking of new, there’s a brand NEW McFlurry and it’s inspired by…well…your grandma!
