Magic Kingdom is full of construction right now, and honestly? That won’t be changing any time soon!

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin will both be reopening after their refurbishments next year, but as for Piston Peak (replacing Tom Sawyer Island and Rivers of America) and Villains Land (behind Big Thunder Mountain Railroad)? Yeah, those are still pretty far off in the future. However, it looks like there’s a lot happening behind the walls over at Piston Peak, because a WHOLE ton of dirt has been moved around!

This is especially true if you travel on the Florida Turnpike (one of the fastest ways to Orlando, depending on which direction you’re traveling from), which is just one big toll road, but for many out of state travelers, the cost is worth saving time. However, for Florida residents who travel these roads every day to get to work? It costs them hundreds of dollars a year. A recent suggestion by Governor Ron DeSantis could change all that, though, and some Floridians are VERY excited, while others are nervous.
