From the popular snacks to the underrated snacks, there are so many to choose from, but should you try this one? We’re here to see if the Made-To-Order Artisan S’more from The Ganachery is worth enough hype for you to get on your next trip!

The Ganachery is a gourmet chocolate shop located in The Landing in Disney Springs and is home to several popular treats, including the Made-To-Order Artisan S’mores. This treat isn’t like your basic s’more. Between two cookie graham crackers, you’ll find a melty marshmallow and a chocolate ganache, and you can grab it for $9.

Just like the typical s’more, this thing can get MESSY, so be sure to take some napkins with you! Because these s’mores are made to order, they’ll be hot and fresh, and the marshmallow will melt the ganache instantly. The Vanilla Bean Marshmallow Square is burnt with a blowtorch, and you can watch it being done right through the window! Because of this, the middle can end up a little raw, and you can get that burnt taste, but it will still mix with the sweetness of the entire treat.

The graham cracker isn’t your typical graham cracker you’ll find at the store. We found it to be more of a cakey-cookie texture rather than a crunchy cracker. The top of the cracker is dusted with powdered sugar in the shape of a Mickey, and then is topped with even MORE sugar. We actually thought that it was the sweetest-tasting thing in the whole s’more!

And now for the star of the show: the ganache. We actually thought that there wasn’t enough chocolate to the point where we barely tasted it! The graham crackers are a really overpowering factor because of how big and cakey they are.

The good thing is that this snack is definitely shareable because of its size! It’s definitely a fun treat to try if you’re in the area, but really, it’s just an elevated s’more, so it’s not a must-have for us, and there are a lot of other options you can try at Disney Springs!
