We heard about a new bounty that was placed at Burger King!

Burger King!
We’re only a couple of weeks away from the highly anticipated Star Wars movie, The Mandalorian and Grogu, hitting theatres. The movie officially drops on May 22nd, and Burger King is getting fans ready for it! We had to stop by to check out this new meal themed to the iconic duo, and we’re sharing our thoughts with you.
Burger King just dropped a new meal deal called the Bounty Bundle. You can get it for $22, and its theming is pretty cool for fans.

Get the Bounty Bundle!
Of course, we got the Bounty Bundle!

Check it out!
It came with Mando and Grogu crowns. In case you were wondering, yes, we wore them while we ate!

The cup that comes with the bundle is pretty sweet. It features Mando flying with Grogu in his arms. The cup has this reflective design, and also has the movie title printed near the rim.

We took a sip of Grogu’s Blue Shake pretty quickly. It tasted just like a classic vanilla milkshake that you can get most anywhere. Guess what…it was delicious! It was creamy, sweet, and it had vanilla crumbs on top. The crumbs gave the shake a nice little texture. At the end of the day, this is just a classic good vanilla shake, nothing too special. Well, except for the cute cup design of Grogu using the force.

Here at the DFB, you know we’re big chicken-finger fans! Can we get more cool box designs like this Grogu one?!

Look at the box!
The chicken fingers here were well-breaded. They were a slight upgrade to BK’s classic chicken fries – slender sticks of chicken in a thin batter. These had a herbaceous addition, making them taste as though Italian herbs were added to the batter.

Next, we tried the Imperial Cheesy Tots. These were surprisingly delicious. They have cheesy potatoes in the center that are well salted and spiced, and were crunchy and tot-like on the exterior. These were a surprise hit for us!

It came with garlic sauce that was very similar to Papa John’s classic garlic sauce. It was zesty and added a little pop of creamy garlic goodness to both the tots and the chicken fingers!

Let’s dip it in the sauce!
Lastly, we dug into the Bounty Whopper. This was a classic whopper with some bacon and some barbecue sauce, just with a cooler name. If you love a Whopper, go for this! It had just enough barbecue sauce that you could actually taste it, and just enough bacon that you could taste the salt from the bacon without it being drowned in the sauce. It was a very tasty “flame-grilled” burger. The BBQ sauce does have a pleasant spice to it that lingers after each bite.
