Welcome to one of our favorite yearly traditions: the 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!

We love trying out all of the Outdoor Kitchens (aka food booths) featured during this EPCOT festival. Be sure to swing by while you admire the iconic topiaries and live entertainment around the park during the festival. Come along as we taste our way through EPCOT Farmers Feast and find out whether this longtime fan-favorite booth holds its reputation again this year!

Menu

Over at EPCOT’s Farmers Feast, you’ll find a variety of available items. This is a special booth that has time-released menu items! Yep, depending on when you visit, you can experience a whole new set of bites and nibbles! Since we’re here for the first day of the festival, we’ll be able to try the options from the Early Bloom Menu!

The first menu is called the Early Bloom Menu, and it will be available from March 4th through April 4th. We’re digging in! Don’t worry, we will be back for the Springtime Menu as well on April 5th.

Eats

First up, we grabbed the Grilled Asparagus with pancetta bacon, spring peas, frisée lettuce, truffle sherry vinaigrette, and soft-poached egg for $5.49. This is a returning item from last year, and we loved everything that came with this asparagus. While the asparagus wasn’t mind-blowing, all the elements around it brought the most flavor and let it be the star. Let’s see how it holds up this year.

The pancetta bacon was cooked perfectly with a really satisfying crunch. The asparagus was fresh, and the acidity of the truffle-sherry vinaigrette added a really nice flavor. We thought that for $5.49, this was definitely worth the money. You get a decently large portion for this, which can’t be said about every dish around EPCOT.

Up next, we grabbed Scallop with spring pea risotto, lemon-beurre blanc, and gremolata for $8.19. This is slightly different from last year’s dish, which featured BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice. Last year, while the risotto wasn’t anything to write home about, the scallops themselves were amazing. They were perfectly buttery and just fell apart in your mouth. This year…

We thought it was a little steep for $8, but once again, the scallops tasted really fresh. The lemon beurre on top was so melty (in a good way), and it elevated the whole dish. It just added a really creamy, smooth texture. Again, the acidity in this dish added a lot and really brought out all the flavors. We felt like you couldn’t go wrong with this since we loved the scallops last year, and we were right.

Finally, we tried the Blueberry Crumble Cake with blueberry-lemon zest soft-serve and blueberry compote for $4.79. This is a returning dessert from last year, as well, in which we wished it were a little bit more tart. It was very sweet but had that tart tang at the end.

The soft serve was very melty, but it was served in a bowl, which helped avoid a big mess. The lemon combined with the blueberry is just a match made in heaven. It added such depth to this cheesecake. Our only negative is that it was pretty mushy, and we wish there was a bit more crunch to the crumble on top.  The blueberry compote was really fresh tasting, though, and the whole thing lacked any artificial flavor.

Drinks

In terms of drinks on this menu, which will last from March 4th through May 10th, we started with the returning Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail, which is an Islamorada Hibiscus Gin and Simply Lemonade for $12. Last year, we loved that it was light and refreshing with a strong floral flavor.

Another returning beverage is the Frozen Lemon Tea with Bärenjäger Honey & Bourbon for $12. When we tried this in 2024, it reminded us of a bourbon slushy in the BEST way!

Next, we tried B Nektar Punk Lemonade for $12.50. This is a new raspberry lemonade hard cider this year. We weren’t the biggest fans of this, but it could be an acquired taste thing. It was a little more bitter and burnt than we like, so it was a little harder to drink and enjoy. We also couldn’t really taste any raspberry or lemonade.

So, should you stop by this booth?

OVERALL

Overall, this is a good booth, but not one you need to prioritize over the others. The new drink is probably skippable, but in terms of everything that’s come back, the dishes were just as good as we remember. The food here is something that you have to at least try once, so make sure you eventually make your way over there!
