We love Yak & Yeti at Animal Kingdom. They have a rotating seasonal menu that keeps things fresh and exciting for regular visitors like us. But did you know they have a secret menu?
Before seasonal menus launch, they sometimes offer sneak peeks while chefs learn to make the new recipes. We tried three of the secret menu items at Yak & Yeti this week!
To drink, we got the Pangboche for $18.00. It’s Tito’s vodka, Kyoto, white, miso and brown sugar, simple syrup, and espresso. It reminded us of an espresso martini and was a great pick-me-up after a long park day!
To eat, we got the Loaded Bulgogi Kimchi Fries for $15.00. They’re seasoned fries with Bulgogi beef and cucumber kimchi. These fries are loaded with toppings. The beef was tender with a spicy kick, which complemented the refreshing cucumber kimchi and cabbage. The portion size is large and easily shareable.
Then we tried the Thai Chili Duck Wings for $18.00. They’re duck wings with sweet and spicy Thai chili and kimchi ranch. The duck wings were fried and crispy with a great taste. These had the perfect amount of sticky and tangy Thai chili sauce. These were pretty spicy – we’d recommend pairing them with a drink!
We can’t wait to try these secret menu items again the next time we’re at Yak & Yeti! They also have a spicy garlic edamame on the secret menu, but it wasn’t available on the day we went. Right now, these secret menu items can only be ordered at the bar inside the Yak & Yeti restaurant.

We used to love Yak & Yeti, but, these days, it’s impossible to get an ADR for lunch.
Hmmm, sounds interesting.
